Revitalize Downtown Banning

Banning has an amazing opportunity to capitalize on a great bone structure and implement a fun and vibrant downtown culture, that would ultimately attract tourism, generate foot traffic and sales for the small/local businesses and allow Banning residents to take pride in the city that they live in.

Affordable Housing

We are facing a shortage of affordable housing and due to inflation, our housing prices, rent, mortgages and cost of goods have increased exponentially in Banning. We have seen an influx of Los Angeles and Orange County residents flee to our region due to the rising costs in their cities, and because we are more affordable in contrast to their region, they are heading to Banning. Gentrification has been one of the most difficult factors to overcome in a developing and growing city, but I believe with a delicate balance, we can achieve a happy medium for all residents.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Eliminate Abandoned/Unused Buildings

Our city has had many years of abandoned and unused buildings that have reflected badly on the identity of our community. That identity has hindered potential business tenants, developers, and can even be a deterrent for possible residents to plant themselves in our city. In order to attract new and fun types of businesses that are family oriented, we need to beautify our city.
